During a 30 MINUTES virtual consultation our clinician conducts a comprehensive skin evaluation and reviews your current skincare products. Expect guided close-up viewing via video, a discussion of concerns and history, and the creation of a personalized home care recommendation and professional treatment plan. We’ll also suggest membership options when appropriate. Your consultation fee is applied toward your first treatment or skincare purchase within 30 days.
A virtual assessment identifies surface concerns, product interactions, and lifestyle factors that shape a home care plan, but it cannot replace hands-on diagnostic procedures. If an in-person exam or an on-site treatment is needed, we’ll recommend scheduling a follow-up at our Allegheny Avenue location in downtown Oakmont. Virtual insight speeds planning but may lead to an in-person appointment for certain treatments.
Preparing for your appointment
Before your 30 MINUTES virtual appointment gather a list of current skincare products, recent photos of the areas of concern, and any notes about medications, allergies, or previous procedures. Choose a well-lit space with stable internet and a device that shows clear close-ups. This preparation helps the clinician make accurate product and care recommendations.
We schedule virtual consultations to accommodate commuters and local schedules, with many clients booking before or after 9–5 commutes or on weekends to fit golf or errands near Oakmont Country Club and the riverfront. Virtual format is convenient for clients across Verona, Sharpsburg, Aspinwall, O'Hara Township, Harmar Township and Plum.
Customized home care plan
Home care recommendations focus on products and routines you can reasonably follow at home, with seasonal adjustments for Oakmont’s four-season climate. We consider outdoor activity, sun exposure from golf and river trails, and typical commuter schedules when suggesting routines. Memberships are recommended when consistent maintenance or regular treatments will better support long-term skin health and convenience.
If you choose to move forward, the consultation fee applies toward your first treatment or skincare purchase within 30 days.
